Shipping, Payment and Returns
We want your online experience with Zovo Lingerie to be enjoyable, simple and successful. To that end, we have created an ordering, shipping and payment process to make your life easy.

We offer UPS, and USPS shipping. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours from the receipt of the order and shipped in an inconspicuous package. Our shipping charges are based on standard UPS or U.S. Mail rates (where applicable), which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped.
Orders received by 12:00PM Pacific Standard Time will ship on the same day, Monday thru Friday. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or on National Holidays are shipped on the next business day.
Payment Options
We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
Sales Tax
A sales tax of 8.8% will be added to shipments to residents in Washington State only. Orders placed elsewhere in the United States will not be charged sales tax.
Product Availability
Our inventory is updated on a regular basis; however in the event we are unable to fulfill the order, our customer service team will contact you.
Order Confirmation
Order cancellation / modification must be done prior to shipping to avoid credit card charges. Once the order is in-process, and a cancellation or modification happen, the package will be considered a return. In the event the package is refused or returned, we will issue a store credit for the purchase amount less shipping costs.
Order Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent to confirm your order and another notification when your order ships. We suggests that customers who place orders with us online add customercare@zovolingerie.com to their "Allowed sender" list to ensure proper communication.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the intimate nature of many of our products, we have a strict policy for returns or exchanges. All returns and exchanges must be received within 7 days of the ship date to be eligible for store credit. All garments are required to be un-worn, with all original hangtags in place to be considered for a return or exchange. Damaged or worn garments will be returned to the customer at their expense.
